I have never tutored in ESL before but I love education and thought this would be a wonderful opportunity. So, I started tutoring my first student in March, 2018 and I became hooked! 導師資格
- 18歲
- 母語或接近母語英語流利
- 高中文憑或 GED
- 週一至週四上午 9 點到晚上 8 點之間，必須同時提供 90 分鐘的輔導
- 準備課程計劃並完成所需的文書工作（每週約30分鐘）
- 基本計算機技能
- 可靠和及時
- 與各種各樣的人關係良好
- 願意對學習者保密

所有未來的志願者ESL導師都必須參加13小時的服務前培訓。 鼓勵志願掃盲輔導員參加全年提供的更多發展機會。
